Steele Jolly started his career working in his family’s small trucking business. He worked in every part of the business for over a decade, experiencing the hardships of the freight industry first-hand.

He worked with owner-operator truck drivers who operate in a highly competitive environment where constant cost and price pressures exist. Coupled with compliance costs, long working hours, all whilst trying to run a small business from the driver’s seat of a truck, he saw that the thirty thousand (30,000) owner-drivers across Australia needed a change.

Steele saw the customers of road freight services also experience pain points in their supply chain, especially service related issues resulting from human error or if a freight company exercises poor judgement.
